Vehicle-Grade Structure. Long-Term Reliability.
The main frame of our food trailers is made from automotive-grade chassis beam steel specifically designed for vehicles, with a purpose-built riveted chassis structure for corrosion resistance, flexibility and structural durability.
On top of the anti-corrosion treatment, an additional paint layer can be applied for secondary protection against rust.
One long-term customer brought a trailer back for refurbishment after 12 years of use . The structure remained sound; refurbishment only required rust removal and repainting.
